• Security data: IP address (processed transiently for rate-limiting and CAPTCHA verification via Cloudflare Turnstile; not stored long-term by us).

3. Why We Process Your Data

• Respond to enquiries: to reply to your contact form submission and provide the services you requested.
• Website security: to protect against spam, abuse, and automated attacks (rate-limiting, CAPTCHA).
• Improve our website: anonymous analytics help us understand which pages are visited and how to improve user experience.

Legal basis: your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website.

4. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Resend (email delivery) — to send your enquiry to our team.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile CAPTCHA) — to verify you are human.
• Upstash (rate-limiting) — transiently processes your IP address.
• Vercel (hosting & analytics) — hosts this website and provides anonymous analytics.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Data Retention

Contact form data is retained in our email system for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records. Rate-limiting data (IP addresses) is automatically deleted after 10 minutes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie (cf_clearance) required for security verification — this is exempt from consent requirements under both UAE PDPL and GDPR as it is essential for the website to function.

7. Your Rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
